Ron I want you to know that you have played an essential part in my growth in Christ and I thank God for you. I wish there were more men of God like you who would dedicate his life to the ministry the way you have. I have had the privilege to watch God do a might work in your life and ministry through the years that I have known you. I don’t think He’s done yet, I believe He has great and precious promises and blessing in store for you in the years to come. I can safely say what an impact you have and had in the lives of those you have ministered to through the years and I am eternally grateful for your dedication and love that you have for God’s church. Thanks for your inspiration and encouragement in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You are truly worthy of double honor for all your diligent work of faith and labor of love you have shown towards His Holy Name. May God comfort your heart and stablish you in every good word and work. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. May love and respect be with you in Christ Jesus. Amen.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ…especially that of his unspeakable gift of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen. And the gift of eternal life through His Name. Enjoy all the good and perfect gifts God has for you.
I hope this card finds you in good spirit in knowing that I am thinking of you during this holiday season. You’re in my heart & prayers. Mr. Ron Baker,
Thanks for learning me the word of God, while I was incarcerated at D.W.C.C. When I came to DWCC in November 2010 I was one lost person. I gave my life to the Lord while in receiving at Powhatan in October 2010. Then listening to you and our Chaplin Armstrong, I have learned a lot about my salvation. Other people who spoke at DWCC while I was or am here also spoke good about the word, but I seem to be drawn to you and our Chaplin. You can step on toes and kick them, but still be full of the word.
I didn’t agree with everything you said, but after looking up the passage in the Bible you was right on cue. Right of course. I enjoy listening to you and talking to you. You know what we (inmates) feel like. You have wore the blues and fought God as we have. Satan can take over your life if you allow him to. But by praying and speaking verses of the Bible, remember verses, you can send him a running.
You have made a difference in me and I want to thank you for it, you are a word of God, you are the messenger of God, you can hear it in your voice when you preach. I enjoyed Bible Study a lot also. I have my studies that I am taking with me. I will continue to do them.
Again, thanks for everything you have done for me. Keep praying for me and my family. Thank you for the word and being a friend. I’ll remember you forever. Thanks for being there when I was at my lowest, you picked me up and helped a lot.
